Applications are invited in prescribed format from the intending eligible candidates who passed Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for filling-up of following post of Govt./ Provincialised LP & UP Schools in the District of Kokrajhar, Chirang, Baksa & Udalguri under BTC area in the standard form in Part-IX of Assam . The candidates should enclose attested copies of all certificates and marksheet of Educational Qualification from HSLC onward and professional qualification (B.Ed. / 2 years D.Ed / PSTE/D.El.Ed.) and submit to the office of the DEEO’s of respective District.

Age limit: An applicant must be less then 18 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 1st January' 2016 (Relaxation of age will be considered for SC/ST candidate for 5 years)
Attested copies of certificates and documents to be submitted with the application and original copies to be shown before the Screening Committee on the specified date.
(a) Marksheet of H.S. (Senior Secondary) / Graduation Examination.
(b) Pass Certificate of H.S. / Graduation examination.
(c) Pass Certificate of HSLC or HSLC Admit Card in support of age.
(d) Certificate and Marksheet of Professional Qualification and TET passed certificate.
(e) Certificates in support of scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe (Plains or Hills)/OBC/MOBC.
(f) Candidates with disabilities will have to enclose certificates of disabilities invariably.
(g) Certificate of experience or certificate of excellence in Co-curricular activities, NCC, Sports etc. if any.
(h) Certificate of proof of being son / unmarried daughter of retired teacher, issued by Inspector of Schools / District Elementary Education Officer based on Headmaster’s report, GPF Number, Service Book and other documents which clearly reflect that he is a retired teacher and documents such as birth certificate / matric certificate which clearly establish the parent, son/daughter linkage.
(i) Certificate of Ex-serviceman issued by Director, Sainik Welfare Board.
(j) Candidates will have to appear before the Screening Committee at their own cost.
