Indian Army Recruitment for NCC Special Entry Scheme - 55 Posts:

Indian Army has published Recruitment notification for NCC Special Entry Scheme 41st Course – Apr 2017. Eligible candidates can apply Online 21 July to 18 August 2016.

Name and No of Posts:

NCC Men – 50 Posts (45 for Gen Category and 05 for Wards of Battle Casualties of Army Personnel only).
NCC Women – 05 Posts (04 for women general category and 01 for wards of battle casualties of Army personnel only)

Age Limit : 
Minimum 19 years and maximum 25 years (candidate must have been born not earlier than 02 Jan 92 and not later than 01 Jan 98).

 Education Qualification:

a) For NCC ‘C’ Certificate Holders : (i) Candidate must hold a Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with aggregate of minimum 50% marks. (ii) Candidate must have minimum two academic years service in the senior Division/W ing of NCC. (iii) Should have obtained minimum of ‘B’Grade in ‘C’Certificate Exam of NCC

b) For Ward of Battle Casualties of Army Personnel Only : (i) Candidate must hold a Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with aggregate of minimum 50% marks. (ii) NCC ‘C’ Certificate not required.

How to Apply : 
NCC ‘C’ Certificate Holders must apply online through official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in through link "Officers Entry Apply/Login" from 21st July 2016 to 18th August 2016. After submission of application applicants must take two copies of the application form having Roll No and other details generated by the system. Candidate must retained One copy of the print out of application form for reference and carried to the SSB and send one copy duly signed with photograph affixed and self attested along with all required documents to the OC, NCC Unit from where NCC ‘C’ Certificate has been issued on or before 22nd August 2016.

Ward of Battle Casualties of Army Personnel will apply manually in prescribed format which is available on Official website of Rtg Dte www.joinindianarmy.nic.in in download section. Completed application alongwith all documents must be send to Directorate General of Recruiting/ Rtg-A, NCC Entry, AG’s Branch, IHQ of MoD (Army)’ West Block-III, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066
