OIL India Limited General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Courses in Silchar:

Applications are invited from interested candidates for admission in the three years General Nursing and Midwifery, GNM Courses in the School of Nursing, Oil India Hospital, Duliajan


Eligibility : 12th Pass (HSE), 10th Pass (SSC)

 Location : Silchar

Last Date : 20 Jul 2016

Qualification : Minimum HS (10+2) Science examination  passed having 45% marks for General candidates and 5% less for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
Candidates must be physically fit. They will be finally selected for admission only after they are declared fit by the Medical Board.

Age : 17-25 yrs

Test : The eligible candidates will be Invited to appear in a written test where questions will be put on General Science. English. General Knowledge and Maths. Candidates must answer in English only. Total marks 100 and duration 3 hours. Candidates will be selected according to merit only. Provisionally selected candidate will have to appear before a Selection Board for final selection. Written Test will be held August 7th, 2016 at Oil India H.S. School. Duliajan from 9 am to 12 noon.

Bond : Selected candidates for admission will be required to execute a BOND to undergo one year post qualification practical training following completion of GNM Course in the Company managed health and medical units. They must complete their full training period (including one year compulsory practical training) . otherwise the stipend money received dunng the course shall have to be refunded if they discontinue their training of their own

Stipend : Stipend will be paid as per norms of the Nursing School Students will be provided with hostel accommodation, uniform and medical benefits up to the extent of Oil Hospital during the course of their training

Application together with 3 copies recent passport sized photograph with attested copies of all documents like mark sheets, admit card of different examinations and Permanent Resident Certificate should reach GM (MS). Oil India Hospital, Duliaian, Assam PIN -786602 on or before 20/07/2016 Incomplete applications without proper documents will not be accepted.
